News

Our wirlwind tour of the Midwest is going very well! We've played to terrific crowds at some terrific venues.

Bradley University - 12/1

This was an interesting venue... We normally like playing colleges, but this one really had a problem with our drinking and fighting. The show went great, it went without a hitch, the crowd was awesome... but I don't think the college will allow us back!

Dave's Who's In, Sheboygan, WI - 12/4

Now this is our kind of place! Kaitlyn won the pool tournament there. It turned out to be a big upset because she seemed to come out of nowhere and couldn't stand the "girls can't play pool" comments anymore. We played an outstanding gig and are planning on making a return visit soon!

The "heart and soul' of the Midwest - Chicago! It was great to play this venue and have such a turnout! We had the most responsive crowd so far. You guys rock! We had quite a scare when Lydia decided to climb the mains (speakers) and dive into the crowd... nothing a little bar-hopping at Chicago's many after-hours bars couldn't fix. We're looking forward to being able to stay in one town for a couple nights... we play Dick's Last Resort here in Chicago on Saturday night.

Dick's Last Resort, Chicago - 12/8

Three words: BIG ASS BEER! Needless to say this place was nice and ROWDY! Besides their trademark Big Ass Beer, Dick's was a great place to play because of their blatant honesty. Some call it rude, we call it respect! They loved us and we plan on coming back again soon... for the beer.

Iowa State, Ames - 12/12 The Captain's Getaway, Arnolds Park, Iowa - 12/14

CORN!!! We blew through Iowa in a wisp of corn stalks. Iowa State was a great gig, except for a minor mishap after the show (see "gossip"). Somehow after playing a killer show at the college we were able to pick ourselves up and get back on the road again. The bar show was alright, we were still feeling the effects of the night before. We're looking forward to moving on to Indiana and the next show.

Gossip

Here's where you'll find the juicy gossip floating around...we don't garuntee that any of it is true (but chances are, the girls won't disapoint you). Believe it or not, it's up to you.

Rumor has it that on their last trip home (to Detroit) Kaitlyn was involved in a bit of a scrap with the infamous James King, after having one to many drinks with James' boy-toy, Kid Rock himself. After realizing her error, Kaitlyn proceded to pour her vodka and orange-juice over James' head. Tasteful dahling, tasteful!

Word from Iowa is that the show at Ames was near fatal for Gretta, TANTRUM'S youngest member. After rocking the house, a few guys from some frat (probably located in a cornfield) decided that they would show Gret a good time on the town. After "forcing" her to drink 10 shots of their cheap ass vodka backstage, Kaitlyn had to use her frat-boy charming skills to peel the boys off Gretta. A bit of a fight started, but a quick end came, as Kaitlyn promised a free show at the frat house next time TANTRUM is in Iowa. Watch the schedule for details!
